Payment is required before delivery by:
- Cheque made payable to bella box of gifts. Clearance is necessary before delivery.
- Credit Card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD
- Direct Deposit. Our bank account details are provided on our invoice.
Receipt…
Your on line order form confirms details of your order. We advise that you print and use this information sheet as your receipt/tax invoice. A confirmation email will also be sent to you upon completion of your order.
Recipient’s Information…
We strongly advise that you enter the correct information for your delivery and to be certain that the recipient is available.
If you are unsure whether the recipient will be at home, please consider having your gift delivered to the recipient’s workplace. You may choose to provide us with instructions to leave the gift somewhere suitable if you know that the recipient will not be home.
However, in these circumstances, bella box of gifts does not accept responsibility for any damages or theft that occurs after we deliver your gift. Please note that all re-delivery of gifts will incur an extra delivery charge should the recipient not be available or if an incorrect delivery address is given.
International Orders…
We use Australia Post. Please phone or email us for a quote as prices for postage vary greatly on weight, volume and destination. Unfortunately, we do not deliver alcohol. We cannot guarantee the date of arrival.
Christmas Orders…
We require extra time to prepare and despatch all Christmas orders.
We strongly advise early ordering and delivery as some businesses will close one week before Christmas. Please check that your recipient has not already closed for the Festive Season.
- Please allow ~5 working days for production time for large corporate orders.
- Please allow 3-5 days for delivery of all Christmas orders.
When gifts are delivered with a courier we can aim for specific arrival dates but cannot guarantee on a set date, therefore we are unable to offer refunds on delivery fees or gifts purchased if this does occur.
If your gift must be delivered on a particular day during the period of the 9th to the 24th December please phone or email us and we will be able to quote on a more guaranteed delivery service which our couriers offer at a premium charge which can vary between an additional $15.00 through to $80.00 over and above our standard delivery fee depending upon delivery location.

Corporate/Private/Bulk Orders…
Quantities of 10 plus orders will require a production time ~5 working days and 50% deposit on confirmation of order and 50% remainder fee prior to delivery of gifts.
Airport Terminals…
Please provide as much information as possible regarding the terminal and department/office area that your recipient is working at for efficient delivery.
University Campuses…
Delivery to a University Campus address is only available via Australia Post. However, our couriers will deliver to a Residential College attached to that University.
Secure Apartments…
Many buildings do not have public access to all floors. Please check if the building has an attended reception area.

- Multiple Orders will incur an additional smaller fee if the gifts are going to the same destination.
- Multiple Orders going to various destinations will be individually charged according to their destination.
- Deliveries by courier is Monday – Friday only
- For W.A Country and Interstate deliveries, if the recipient is not home a card will be left by Australia Post in their letterbox to collect at their local Post Office.
- If we deliver to a hospital please ensure that the recipient is still in the hospital.
- Where possible, we advise delivery to be at the recipient’s work place.
- Re-delivery due to recipient not being at home or incorrect addressed details given will incur a re-delivery fee.
- Whilst every effort is made to meet the delivery time quoted we do not provide guarantees.
- Bella box of gifts uses reputable couriers and Australia Post, however, at times, unforeseen circumstances such as theft, damage or a parcel not arriving may occur.
Perth Metro Area…
Orders received by 10.00am Perth WST will aim to be delivered on the same day. However, orders received after 10.00am Perth WST will be delivered the following working day. Where possible we will aim to deliver within 24 hours.
Outer Perth Metro Areas…
For example Yanchep, Mandurah, Byford…
Orders received by 10.00am Perth WST may be delivered the same day or they will be delivered the following working day.
Orders received on the weekend are despatched on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.If Monday is a public holiday Perth WST, orders will be despatched on the Tuesday and delivered on the Wednesday.
Western Australia Country and Interstate…
Orders are sent by Post using the services of Australia Post. We are unable to guarantee delivery date sent by Post. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. If the recipient is not home a calling card will be placed in the recipient’s mail box to call their nearest Post Office.
