Recipient’s Information…
We strongly advise that you enter the correct information for your delivery and to be certain that the recipient is available. If you are unsure whether the recipient will be at home, please consider having your gift delivered to the recipient’s workplace. You may choose to provide us with instructions to leave the gift somewhere suitable if you know that the recipient will not be home. However, in these circumstances, Bella box of gifts does not accept responsibility for any damages or theft that occurs after we deliver your gift. Please note that all re-delivery of gifts will incur an extra delivery charge should the recipient not be available or if an incorrect delivery address is given.
Product Availability…
We reserve the right to substitute a product that may be unavailable or is out of stock but guarantee the replacement product will be equal to or greater value than the original product.
Courier Delivery…
We use highly reputable couriers to deliver our gift boxes. At times, delays are experienced for many reasons which are out of our control. Bella box of gifts cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions, theft or damage or delays by our couriers.
Failure to deliver on time is not a valid reason for refund of delivery or for cancellation of an order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Bella box of gifts if a gift does not arrive at its destination.
Corporate/Private/Bulk Orders…
Quantities of 10 plus orders will require a production time ~5 working days and 50% deposit on confirmation of order and 50% remainder prior to delivery of gift boxes.
Christmas Orders…
We require extra time to prepare and despatch all Christmas orders. We strongly advise early ordering and delivery as some businesses will close one week before Christmas. Please check that your recipient has not already closed for the Festive Season.
Please allow ~5 working days for production time for large corporate orders.
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery of all Christmas orders.
When gifts are delivered with a courier we can aim for specific arrival dates but cannot guarantee on a set date, therefore we are unable to offer refunds on delivery fees or gifts purchased if this does occur.
If your gift must be delivered on a particular day during the period of the 9th to the 24th December please phone or email us and we will be able to quote on a more guaranteed delivery service which our couriers offer at a premium charge which can vary between an additional $15.00 through to $80.00 over and above our standard delivery fee depending upon delivery location.
Cancellations and Refunds…
Bella box of gifts will be happy to change or cancel your order. However, we will not refund your order if you simply change your mind about your purchase.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation. We cannot accept cancellation once an order has left our premises. A full refund will be provided back into your BSB Bank Account or Credit Card less a $10.00 administration fee.
Bella box of gifts advises that we will not honour our refund policy and issue any refunds if more that 30 days have lapsed since the date of the order was placed.
Return of Products…
Bella box of gifts does its best to prevent breakages in transit by safely wrapping glassware items and ensuring goods are safely packaged.
If an item you have purchased is damaged/faulty please advise us immediately and we will be more than happy to replace that item once it has been posted back to Bella box of gifts and deemed damaged/faulty. A replacement item will then be posted back to the recipient. Bella box of gifts will not accept return of items without prior notice.
Sale of Alcohol…
Under the Liquor Act of Australia all gifts with alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons over 18 years of age.
Photographs…
All photographs within this website are the property of Bella box of gifts. Some of the props used in our photographs have been used for photographic purposes. Unless an item is listed in the contents, it is not included in the gift box.
All Boxed…
Our gifts are beautifully presented, uniquely wrapped and safely packaged. Bella box of gifts uses only the highest quality gift boxes made in Australia finished with decorative trimmings.
All gifts are delivered in beautiful white gift boxes with satin/organza ribbon and a personal gift card. All gift wrapping is complimentary when purchasing from Bella box of gifts.
